I’m Kirsten. As a Coach myself, for 7+ years, I intimately know the struggle of consistent content creation.

  • I’ll pull from anything you’ve already created, like:

    • Emails you’ve sent to your list

    • Blog posts

    • Podcast episodes

    • Copy-rich Facebook posts

    • Books or workbooks

    • Anything that shows your voice and expertise

    If your content isn’t all in one place (i.e. no podcast transcripts or organized email archive), we can add a one-time setup fee to get everything gathered and ready for repurposing.

  • We’ll work out a quote unique to the services you require, but here’s an overview of potential pricing:

    IG/FB Content: $400–800/month
    (depends on # of posts, stories, live posting, approvals)

    Emails: $150–450/month
    (depends on whether I’m writing, formatting, or just scheduling)

    Podcast Support: $200–500/month
    (depends on episode length, editing level, and show notes depth)

    Blog/LinkedIn Publishing: $150–300/month
    (depends on how much formatting + SEO editing is needed)

    Monthly Packages: Usually $800–1,500/month
    (for a mix of IG, email, podcast, blog, and engagement tasks)

    One-time Content Setup Fee (if needed): $200–500
    (depends on how scattered things are, how much needs transcribing or tagging, and how far back we go)

    One-time IG Template Design (if needed): $250–500
    (depends on branding provided, layout complexity, and platform used)

    Every agreement is custom and I don’t bite, so feel free to reach out and we can start talking!

  • Hire me if you want:

    • Your content to sound like you and feel on-brand

    • To show up consistently without doing it all yourself

    • Done-for-you support at a lower price point than a full-time hire or agency

    Don’t hire me if you want:

    • To go viral or only post trending content

    • To grow to 100k followers fast

    • Deep analytics or full marketing strategy
