  • Up your physiological awareness and get simple tools to stay clear-headed during tough (and let’s be honest, not-so-tough) decisions.

  • Get better at knowing what you want (yes, this is a skill you can build!), and give yourself more permission to act on it.

  • Understand what's really behind your hesitation, what questions to ask to move forward, and how to separate “rational caution” from “self-limitation.”

  • Learn how to stop doubting, judging and punishing yourself. Build trust in yourself to make good choices and handle whatever happens next.

  • Figure out what’s keeping you slow or stuck faster, and stop the pattern of always second-guessing or redoing decisions, so you can follow through with conviction.

Before becoming a Decision Coach, I used my Yale Master's Degree to fuel a 10-plus year career in Theater Stage Management. 

Making good, fast decisions was my day job — but it wasn't my forte in everyday life. As I got further down that career path, I got more uncertain about my choices. They were never as easy or straightforward as I thought they “should” be — and I got tired of not feeling in charge or self-directed enough, despite continued success.

So I switched gears and decided to make everyday decision-making my new Zone of Genius, for myself and for the oh-so-many high-achieving clients with similar struggles.

  • The Decision Ease Program is an 8-week coaching experience where you’ll get:

    • Bite-sized weekly lessons (video + prompts)

    • A private Slack space for support, questions, and celebrations

    • Three private coaching sessions with Kirsten (unlocked after completing Weeks 2, 4 and 6)

    • One full year of access to all course content

  • Enroll today with one payment of $997 (monthly financing available through AfterPay and Klarna), or with three payments of $347.

  • Not a lot. Each weekly lesson includes a short video (<20 minutes) and simple prompts or tools you can apply to real decisions throughout your week.

    Results will come from committing to practicing the tools, and really using the support you need (via Slack and/or Coaching Sessions) to get what you came for!

  • You’ll be able to book your three private 1:1 sessions around your own schedule.
